We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If your swimwear doesn’t fit quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be:

In original condition
-
Unworn, unwashed, and unmarked

Hygiene sticker intact
-
Tags attached
-
Free from makeup, tan, perfume, or deodorant stains
Any item returned without meeting these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Refunds
As a small swim label, we do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind

Wrong size chosen

Sale items
Refunds are only provided if the item is faulty or not as described, in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please email us at sales@tasiswim.com.au within 48 hours of receiving it, along with:

Your order number

Photos of the fault
We’ll assess the item and offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.
Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a trackable service, as TÁSI is not responsible for lost return parcels.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange for another size or style, please email us first so we can hold the item for you. Exchanges are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
How to Start a Return

Email us at sales@tasiswim.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide return instructions and the return address.

Once your item is received and checked, your store credit or exchange will be processed.
