All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During high-volume periods (sales, launches, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended. You will be notified of any significant delays.

International Shipping

We're excited to offer International shipping* so you can enjoy TÁSI wherever you are.

• Flat rate international shipping: AUD $35

• Orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia.

• Tracking is included with every international order.

Please note: Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by your destination country are not included in our shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges, if applicable, must be paid upon arrival in accordance with your country's customs regulations.
