We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, colours and details are accurate. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your device screen settings.

As many of our products are produced in limited quantities, availability is subject to stock on hand.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or modify product specifications at any time.
 

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

We reserve the right to change pricing without notice.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at the incorrect price.

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Acceptance of your order occurs when your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where fraudulent activity, pricing errors or stock discrepancies are identified.
 

5. Shipping

We currently ship within Australia and selected international destinations.

Shipping times provided are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control.

TÁSI is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.
 

6. Returns & Exchanges

Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.

Due to hygiene reasons, returned swimwear must:

• Be unworn and unwashed

• Have all tags attached

• Include original hygiene liners intact

• Be returned in original condition

Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

Sale items, gift cards and promotional items may not be eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
 

7. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where a product is faulty, damaged or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

TÁSI is proud to support women and children in Timor-Leste.

For every eligible order placed through our website, TÁSI commits to donating $2 AUD to FOKUPERS.

Donation amounts are determined by completed orders and may be made periodically throughout the year.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
